Web applications and MVPs: test the idea without extra build

For startups and companies that need more than a website: a user dashboard, an internal system, process automation, API integrations. Our main work here starts before the code — with answering what should not be built.

The MVP: what we cut and why

The most expensive product mistake is spending half a year building what nobody needs. So every project starts with requirements extraction: we break the idea into features and honestly ask of each one — is it needed to test the hypothesis?

That conversation usually halves the first version's scope — and with it the timeline and the budget. It's not "do it cheap"; it's build first the part that proves the value.

From MVP to a system

An MVP that took off shouldn't be thrown away. We build the first version so it can grow: roles, dashboards, integrations — added without a rewrite from scratch.

And if the hypothesis fails — you find out in weeks on a small budget, not in a year on a big one.

Technology without religion

The stack is chosen for the job, not for our comfort or for fashion. Sometimes a proven framework and off-the-shelf services are enough; sometimes something specific is needed — either way we explain the choice in words that don't require an engineering degree.

AI takes the routine out of development, so the hours you pay for go into architecture, scenarios and edge cases — the difference between a system that works and a demo that works during the presentation.

HOW WE WORK

  1. Requirements extraction

We break the idea into features and cross out everything the hypothesis test doesn't need. The cheapest code is the code that doesn't exist.

  2. Prototype and architecture

User scenarios, data structure, stack choice. This is where it's decided whether the system survives growth.

  3. Iterative development

We show working pieces, not status reports. You see the product as it forms and can steer.

  4. Launch and support

Deploy, monitoring, analytics. After launch we stay close: a live product keeps producing new questions.

Timeline
An MVP usually takes four to eight weeks, depending on the scope left after requirements extraction.
How we cooperate
A contract, staged payments; the code and the accesses are yours. No vendor lock-in on us.
